With more than 400 employees world-wide, XLA flexibly supports short-term sprints as well as long term requirements. Over 90 percent of our staff hold a security clearance, to include Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). Our staff also holds specialty certifications such as PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (RMP), SCRUM Master, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Expert, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), and PMI’s Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) assessor.
