TAPS provides federal and state governments an ability to obtain temporary professional services for a period not to exceed 240 days. XLA provides rapid staffing for temporary professional support services including but not limited to: acquisition, grants management, financial, disaster relief, and contracting professionals to commercial and federal clients. TAPS is an excellent method to obtain resources on a short turn around basis where time is of the essence or normal procurement cycles cannot be accommodated.
