At XL we are acutely aware of the value of our clients' time. To that end, XL strives to make it quick and simple for our customers to access our services.
XL holds various GSA Schedules as a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) in our three core competency areas: Acquisition Lifecycle Support, Grants Management Lifecycle Support, and Specialized Professional Services Support. These negotiated schedules provide various access mechanisms for the federal government to XL professionals often on very short turn around requirements and involve both CONUS and OCONUS support. XL is also approved for recovery purchasing on all awarded GSA schedules. This allows state and local government access to our GSA schedules in time of a designated national emergency.

1. Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) GS-23F-9780H, SIN 874-1, Consulting Services, SIN 874-2: Facilitation Services, SIN 874-3: Survey Services, SIN 874-4: Training Services, SIN 874-6: Acquisition Management Services. Our MOBIS schedule covers a wide range of business and consulting services including program management, specialized support, and acquisition management.
2. Financial and Business Solutions (FABS) GS-23F-0069W, SIN 520-22, Grants Management Support Services. GSA established this SIN in order to meet the increasing federal requirements for grants management lifecycle support no longer available under the MOBIS Schedule. Approved contractors must possess ARRA reporting experience and possess past performance in successfully assisting the government in awarding and managing grants across multiple discipline areas.
3. Temporary Administrative and Professional Staffing Services (TAPS) GS-07F-0178X , SIN 736-5. TAPS provides federal and state governments an ability to obtain temporary professional services for a period not to exceed 240 days. XL provides rapid staffing for temporary professional support services including but not limited to: acquisition, grants management, financial, disaster relief, and contracting professionals to commercial and federal clients. TAPS is an excellent method to obtain resources on a short turn around basis where time is of the essence or normal procurement cycles cannot be accommodated.
