February 22, 2010 - XL Commits to ISO 9001 Certification
Lloyd Mustin, XL's President, said in a message to employees today:
"In order to build on our excellent reputation and good will you have all helped us create over the years, I have decided to seek certification of our management practices to the internationally recognized quality management standard known as ISO 9001:2008. This certification will serve both to improve our processes and procedures and to give our customers the assurance that we are operating at a high, recognized standard." XL's Certification is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2010.
