XL provides international support to USAID in support of disaster assistance, humanitarian relief, and Professional Services Contracts support. This work requires rapid identification and pre-qualification of highly-skilled, diverse, and specialized Subject Matter Experts (SME) who can deploy to nations in the developing world at a moment’s notice.. XL understands that this support requires a focused and dedicated effort on the part of our team and corporate staff. Most work requires clearances with very specialized areas of expertise, including multi-lingual abilities.

XL also provides administrative support for international travel and documentation. We work with international offices and embassies to deploy rapid-response disaster support. XL staff supports any and all aspects of facilities requirements including construction projects.

Examples of projects we support include building new schools and hospitals, relief efforts after major catastrophic events such as the Sri Lanka Tsunami, and a myriad of other activities. We possess deep institutional knowledge in these areas.

XL staff is uniquely positioned to provide the important Insourcing capability needed by federal agencies today. XL provides onsite support assisting clients in hiring, obtaining clearances, and staff training. As a trusted subcontractor to Accenture, XL assisted the government in rapidly establishing the acquisition centers and personnel needed at airports across the country during the startup of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
